Chapati and Beans
Everyone loves soft and tasty chapatis....
Steps

Boil water till boiling hot.

Pour 3/4 of baking flour in a kitchen basin and add salt to taste.

Add boiled cooking oil, then hot water and knead slowly to form a dough. The dough must not be sticky or hard. Should be soft.

Cover the dough with a kitchen towel for 15mins.

Uncover and make small balls then spread using spinning pin and put 1/2spoonful of oil in each ball. Roll them into balls again.

Cover the balls for10 mins.

Spread the balls to small round chapati size.

Heat pan in medium heat.

Put the chapati on the pan. When one side is brown turn the other side then put 1/2spoonful oil till they are cooked.

In a sufuria boil soya beans till soft.

In another sufuria put cooking oil and fry onions till golden brown.

Add garlic let it cook for 5 mins.

Add tomatoes, Hoho and let it cook for 10mins. Add salt to taste and royco and water and let it cook.

Serve while stil hot.
