Ingredients

6 servings
  • 2 1/2 lbstew meat
  • 1 tbspminced garlic
  • 1/2 cuponion, chopped
  • 2 cancream of mushroom soup
  • 1 canwater in soup can
  • 1/2 can12 oz. evaporated milk
  • salt & pepper
  • 1/2 cupmozzarella cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix soup, evaporated milk, water & garlic in bowl. Blend well

  2. 2

    Add meat to crock pot top with onions & salt and pepper

  3. 3

    Add soup mix

  4. 4

    Top with cheese cover

  5. 5

    Turn on crock pot to low for 6-8 hours until meat tender.

  6. 6

    Serve over rice or noodles.
