2 1/2 lbstew meat
1 tbspminced garlic
1/2 cuponion, chopped
2 cancream of mushroom soup
1 canwater in soup can
1/2 can12 oz. evaporated milk
salt & pepper
1/2 cupmozzarella cheese

Mix soup, evaporated milk, water & garlic in bowl. Blend well

Add meat to crock pot top with onions & salt and pepper

Add soup mix

Top with cheese cover

Turn on crock pot to low for 6-8 hours until meat tender.

Serve over rice or noodles.
