  • 1 lbSea bass filets
  • 1/2 cupLime juice
  • 1 cupLemon juice
  • 1 cupRed onion
  • 1 cupRed bell pepper
  • 1/4 cupParsley
  • 1 cupOlive oil
  • 1 tspSea salt
  • 1/4 tspGround pepper
  • 1Fresh chili pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Cube fish (1/2") and place in bowl. Pour lime & lemon juices. Cover and let sit 1 hour.

  2. 2

    Add chopped onions, peppers, & parsley. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Cover & refrigerate 2 hours.

  4. 4

    Add olive oil, salt & pepper.

  5. 5

    Serve on tostadas with fresh avocados.
