At first heat a pan and dry roast the vadi

Now add oil and tamper the celery seeds and slitted green chilli

Add the roasted vadi fry a little add the veges
- 4
After frying the veges adding salt and turmeric powder add the spinach mix well and cover.

Allow the whole thing to cook in low flame

Once all the veges and saag get tender add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

Switch off the heat and serve it hot
