Ingredients

  1. 1 & 1/2cup mix veg broccoli, carrot, capsicum, French beans,onion
  2. 2 clovesgarlic chopped
  3. 1 tspolive oil
  4. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  5. 1/2 tsporegano
  6. to taste.Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil broccoli, carrot, &beans

  2. 2

    Take a pan add oil

  3. 3

    Saute garlic &onion

  4. 4

    Add all veggies & saute 1 mnt

  5. 5

    Mix salt and pepper cook few minutes

  6. 6

    Add oregano mix well and gas turn off serve with missi roti.. Good for diabetic patient and normal person..
