Ingredients

  • 1Any fish
  • 1 tbspTurmeric
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • 1 cupsamolina
  • as neededOil
  • as neededCoriander for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix lemon juice, salt and turmeric and pour it on fish. And gently coat it. I usually use spray.

  2. 2

    Now take samolina in plate and cover fish with it. Take fish in hands and gently press it.

  3. 3

    Now heat oil and fry fish on it till golden texture.

  4. 4

    Garnish it with coriander.
