Steps

Parboil rice for 10mins.wash and keep aside.

Slice onion and fresh pepper.

Heat up pot and pour in vegetable oil.

After 40seconds pour in the onions.then the tomato puree.

Stir and fry for 3mins.

Boil the turkey with salt,onion,thyme and curry.boil for 20mins.

Pour in the stock inside the oil add more water and boil for 2mins.

Add salt,curry,maggi and boil for 2mins.

Pour in the parboiled rice and stir with a wooden spoon very well.

Cover to boil.check back after 10mins.when the rice is soft and dry turn the heat off.

Wash and slice the cucumbers, carrots and cabbage.

Mix all the vegetable with mayonnaise.
