Chop your onion and peppers and fry them with cooking oil

Then add spices and beef stock and stir until mixed nicely then pour your liver cut into quarter squares

Let it fry in a medium heat and cover a pot just for few minutes.

Again stir and open the pot to fry the liver, and once you see its cooked perfectly then start to prepare your hearty beef soup thickener with water then pour and let it simmer

Your liver can be enjoyed with any meal but I enjoyed it with pap.
