add bout 2tblsps of oil in pan. add turkey. saute for bout 5mins.

then add the onion, garlic, cilantro, salt, pepper, sazon, tomato sauce and salsa

simmer for bout 30 mins.

add 3 cups oil in another pan on medium high heat. seperate the corn tortillas n dip them in the oil for bout 30 secs. its jus to get them spfr

jus to get them soft.

add the turkey mixture bout a 2 tblsps and then roll the tortilla and insert toothpick. that is to keep them from opening.

fry them till they are slightly brown. I like mine a dark brown.

garnish with salsa sour cream etc
