This is another favorite of mine simple bread recipe that can be served as the bread for a chicken club, cheese burger, or even as a side to a salad.

This is another favorite of mine simple bread recipe that can be served as the bread for a chicken club, cheese burger, or even as a side to a salad.
Steps

Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water.

IN SEPARATE BOWL whisk egg and EVOO, together.

COMBINE both mixtures by whisking together till well blended.

ADD flour and on top off flour add salt. Combine all ingredients, and kneed for about 10 minutes till well combined.

COAT bowl lightly with EVOO (not listed) and place dough into bowl cover and place in a warm dark area to rise till doubled in size about an hour.

Once dough is doubled in size take a sheet pan about 11 by 9 inch. Rubb EVOO ( not listed) until completely coated LIGHTLY. Next sprinkle four ( not listed) and shake flour around on pan till all the EVOO is covered. Tap off excess floor.

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREESE.

Lift dough out of bowl and place on prepared sheet pan. Stretching and pulling and pressing until evenly distributes in pan

SPRINKLE Italian Season, then Parmesan cheese, and Monterey Jack Cheese.

Let rise about 20 minutes.

PLACE IN OVEN FOR ABOUT 25 MINUTES. Or until cheese is all melted and lightly Brown.

COOL AND SERVE. OR SERVE FRESH OUT OF THE OVEN. I cut into squares and then cut the squares into little triangles to serve with salads. Or leave in a full 4" square so used two slices as by bun for sandwiches
