No credit can be taken by me as this is from a sister site. Just wanted to add it in here as it's a great meatless option. I make this very mild for my toddler but feel free to spice this sucker up! Shaun Coetzee -
Dried Chili Chicken Dried Chili Chicken
Before I I became a full time home based cook, I used to eat out a lot. A simple meal of a main dish and a vegetable dish for 2 at a restaurant would easily set me back about SGD30 and that was then. Since being my own cook and cooking for my love ones I know I can cook the same dishes for a fraction of what I would have to pay if I am to eat out now. This recipe is one of our favorites, it easy and doesn't take long to prepare. Do give it a try and give me your comments. Enjoy. pakusu -

I recommend keeping the kidney beans, corn, mushrooms, and onions, but the rest of the vegetables can be varied. Throw in many kinds of leftover vegetables! Recipe by popo cookpad.japan -

Green Chili Sauce Green Chili Sauce
After making chicken enchiladas with green sauce, using a canned sauce, I decided to try and make my own homemade green chili sauce. Looked at a bunch of recipes and combined them to make this one. It came out great and is much better than the canned sauce. Note: I tried using red Fresno peppers but after roasting the skins got tough and I could not remove so I threw them out. fenway
