Ingredients

  1. 1pork ribs
  2. 2table spoons of honey
  3. 2table spoons of peri peri sauce
  4. 2table spoons of dark soy sauce
  5. 1red chilli
  6. 1spoon lazy garlic
  7. 3spring onions chopped
  8. 1 pinchof salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together,apart from spring onion. Make sure chilli is chopped fine,take the ribs and dip them in the bowl of ingredients,make sure all ribs are covered with this, place them on a plate and cover them,pop in fridge for 4 hours. After this pre heat oven to warm for twenty mins, place ribs in a suitable dish for oven,cook for 40 mins, bring them out give them a turn over add a few drizzles of honey , salt and pepper and put them back in for 20 minutes. When ready serve on a plate with chopped spring onions.
