I have won multiple competitions with this recipe. With the rub and honey they don't require any sauce but you can add it if you like.

I have won multiple competitions with this recipe. With the rub and honey they don't require any sauce but you can add it if you like.

Crack a cold one

Remove membrane from back of ribs, wash and post dry

Trim rib tips of for "St. Louis" cut ribs
- 4
Coat front and back of ribs heavily with rub.

Place in smoker @ 250° for 3 hrs.

Remove ribs from smoker and double wrap in foil and place back in smoker for 2 hrs.

Remove ribs from smoker and unwrapp. Coat front side of ribs liberally with honey and put back in smoker for 1 hr.

Eat and enjoy!

Don't waste the rib tips season and smoke them for a snack before the ribs are done our freeze and save them for use in soups and such.
