Ingredients

  1. 1 mediumpeeled and cubed butternut squash
  2. 1 packagescooked and peeled (3) beets, cubed
  3. 1 tbsp100% pure avocado oil
  4. 2 clovegarlic, chopped
  5. 1 pinchsalt
  6. 2 pinchMcCormick perfect pinch sweet onion and herb
  7. 1 tbspbutter with canola oil (land of lakes)
  8. 2 pinchonion salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat avocado oil on med.-high heat in a 10 inch skillet.

    Add garlic and cook few mins. till it starts to lightly brown.

  3. 3

    Add butternut squash and cook for 5-7 mins. Till squash starts to become tender.

  4. 4

    Add beets, McCormicks and pinch of salt. Stir and cover for 5 mins.

  5. 5

    Uncover and add butter and onion salt. Stir to coat till butter is melted.

  6. 6

    Remove from heat and enjoy!
