50 gTin of Anchovies in Oil
3 tbspFat Free Greek Yogurt
2 tspLemon Juice
2 tspNapolina Grated Cheese
1 tspEnglish Mustard
1 tspGarlic Granules
1 tspWorcester Sauce
Pincheach of Salt & Pepper

Take a small bowl and drizzle in roughly 2 tbsp of oil from the tinned Anchovies.

Remove half of the Anchovies from the tin and using a sharp knife, chop them as finally as you can. (Don't worry if there is a few small pieces - It's all good!) Now add to the Oil. Retain the rest of the Anchovies to go on your salad of choice!!

Now add all the other ingredients and stir with a teaspoon until completely combined.... And hey presto... Job done...
