Mix all the ingredients together: Cream the butter using a fork in a large bowl. Add brown sugar, eggs and condensed mik, and mix well until well blended. Combine the shredded coconut thoroughly with all ingredients.

Place 1 tablesppon of the mixture on each of the paper cups.

Bake in the pre-heated oven (for 10 minutes) at 180°C for 20 minutes or until its color becomes golden brown.
