5 piecesgrated and rinsed carrot
4 pcsGrated and rinsed cucumber
Few leaves of well chopped coriander
200 gmsMayonnaise

Steps

Take bowl. Add grated and well squeezed cucumber and carrot. Add mayo.

Mix well. Pour salt and black pepper powder. Add coriander leaves. Mix well.

Keep 3 bread slice s on board. Cut the corners with sharp utensil. Apply fat on first. Spread mayo veg material on it. Cover this with 2nd slice. Spread some fat on the top of 2nd slice. Repeat the same and cover it with 3rd slice by little bit pressing.

Make a cut in triangular shape. Enjoy with tomato sauce.
