Steps

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds-1tbsp, a pinch of Hing and saute them.

Now add chopped garlic and ginger-1tbsp and saute it. Add chopped thin slices of onion-2and sauce them.

Now add chopped tomato-1and saute it. Now add partially boiled green peas-1katori and mix well. Now add green chutney-home made with coriander leaves, mint leaves, amla and apple and dry masala- 2-3teaspoonsand mix well.

Now add turmeric powder-1/2teaspoon, black pepper powder-1teaspoon, salt as per taste, coriander powder-1teaspoon

Now add par boiled rice and water till they completely sink and give whistles.

Serve hot.
