Recovering from my shoulder surgery I couldn't dig a hole and cook a whole hog in it , and couldn't fit a whole hog in my oven so I settled on this!

Preheat oven 325° Fahrenheit rinse ribs well tonget bone chips off

In a large pan spray with nonstick spray and lay a banana leaf on bottom
- 3
Rub ribs both sides each side getting half the spices rubbed on each side
- 4
Lay the pineapple chunks on top and wrap ribs with leaves stick in the oven 4 and a half hours or till done
