Ingredients

  • 1/2 bowlOats powder -
  • 1/2 bowlWheat flour -
  • 4 tbspWhole moong dal sprout -
  • 2 tbspFenugreek / methi sprout -
  • 1/2 tspCrushed whole coriander seeds -
  • 1/2 tspWhole cumin seeds -
  • 1/4 tspAmchur / dried mango powder -
  • 1/2 tspGrated ginger -
  • to tasteSalt -
  • 1 tbspOil -
  • 2 tbspClarified butter -

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan.

  2. 2

    Add cumin seeds,crushed whole coriander seeds to crackle.

  3. 3

    Add moong dal sprout,methi sprout,red chilly powder,dried mango powder / amchur powder,ginger and salt and mix well.

  4. 4

    Saute for 3 - 4 mins.

  5. 5

    Now stuffing is ready

  6. 6

    Take a large bowl add wheat flour,oats powder and salt and mix well.

  7. 7

    With the help of water to make a soft dough.

  8. 8

    Divide the dough into equal size balls.

  9. 9

    Stuff the filling in the dough and roll out paratha.

  10. 10

    On a heated pan make paratha applying clarifing butter on both the sides.

  11. 11

    Serve hot..
