  • 4Ostrich steaks
  • 1salt to season
  • 1Crushed black pepper
  • 1 tspdried thyme
  • 1barbeque spice
  • 1olive oil

    Pat steaks dry and brush with olive oil

  2. 2

    Seal steaks on both sides, in a hot non - stick frying pan.

    Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and bbq spice and finish off in the oven.

  4. 4

    Serve with mushroom sauce, creamy garlic mashed potatoes and roasted veggies
