Steps

Take a bowl add all purpose flour then add 2spoon oil, salt, baking soda mix it well then add water to make a soft dough and keep it aside for 10min...

Knead the dough once again and then make ball from the dough then flatten it and take a small bowl and put puri on it's Base to give it katori shape..

Take a pan add oil then fry all the katori..

From the leftover dough make papri in triangle shape and deep fry it..

Take a serving plate then put katori then add boiled potato, onion, tomato then add tomato sauce, green chilli sauce then sprinkle salt, roasted masala and chaat masala then sprinkle pomegranate seeds, coriander leaves and bhujiya..

Put the triangle papri in left side of the katori.. Katori chaat is ready to serve..
