4tablespoons smokey barbeque marinade
1onion
1 tsprajah mixed with parsley
1/2green pepper
1beef stock
1 tspdried dhanya
pinchsalt
3 tbsoil

Marinate beef in smokey barbeque marinade, dhanya and salt start cooking

When it's almost cooked add oil, onion and rajah spice fry further

In 2 cups of water add chopped green pepper and beef stock

Close and let it simmer for 10 minutes to 15 minutes

Serve with rice and side dish
