Ingredients

  • 200 gramsboneless chicken
  • 1onion, chopped
  • 3garlic cloves, chopped
  • 5tomatoes, chopped
  • salt,
  • 4green peppers
  • 1/2 packagespenne pasta
  • 3 tspoil
  • 2 tbspmozzarella cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil pasta according to package directions.

  2. 2

    Heat oil and saute onions and garlic.

  3. 3

    Add diced tomatoes and cook for about 7 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add salt and green peppers.

  5. 5

    Add chicken and cook until tender.

  6. 6

    Mix pasta in or pour over it.

  7. 7

    Top it off with shredded mozzarella cheese.
