Ingredients

15 minutes
5 servings
  • 250 gmssmall onion
  • 2in number green chillies
  • 20 gramsred chilli powder, salt
  • 200 mlcooking oil
  • 1 pinchbaking soda salt, curry leaves, coriander leaves
  • 100 gmsKadalai mavu (Gram flour), rice flour

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    First chop the onions and chilies into small pieces. Then add the other ingredients and make it into tight dough. Dont add much water.

  2. 2

    In a frying pan add cooking oil and allow to boil. Then put the small balls and fry it.

  3. 3

    Once it is fried, it is ready to taste.
