Chicken 65 is one of the popular South Indian starter made with boneless chicken. Either use breast piece or thigh piece to make this snack.

Thoroughly wash and cut the chicken into 1-inch piece. In a bowl add chicken and other ingredients specified under "To Marinate". Mix chicken and ingredients thoroughly, close the lid and refrigerate it for one hour.

Heat a kadai, add oil. Once oil gets heated add the marinated chicken pieces one by one and fry till golden brown or till chicken turns crisp. Do not over crowd the chicken.

Once cooked remove the chicken on a kitchen towel. In the same oil fry the curry leaves and spread on the chicken. Garnish with coriander leaves. Chicken 65 is ready to relish.
