Steps

Before making raita, roast red chilli on open flame till it sees black spots on it.

Now take hand blender and blend salt, curd and sugar together.

Now first peel cucumber and deseed it and chop it fine.

Even chop red chilli into fine pieces
- 5
Take mixing bowl and add curd mixture, onion and cucumber and roasted red chilli and mix it well and serve it instantly.
