It took me years to figure out the perfect recipe... Now I find it perfect! 🍪
Cooking Instructions

Remove butter and egg from the fridge about 1/2 hour before you start cooking so they are room temperature.

Preheat the oven at 180°C.

Mix butter and both brown and regular sugar in a bowl.

Add the egg and vanilla extract. Mix until fluffy.

Add flour, cornstarch and baking powder. Mix with a spatula.

Add chocolate chips and mix.
- 7
Using a tablespoon, form scoops with the dough. Place them on a baking sheet, leaving about 5cm between each scoop.

Bake for 10 min.
- 9
Place on a rack for the cookies to cool.

I originally got this recipe from someone on here but I was unable to find the original recipe to share the picture or a comment. This is the best cookie recipe I have used, I modified it slightly with the parchment paper and chilling the dough, which is how I baked mine and they are EXCELLENT!
