Heat cooking oil in a sufuria and add onions

When the onion turns golden brown add tomatoes and stir making sure all the tomatoes is smashed

Mix 3 spoonful royco in a glass filled with water

Pour it in the mixture and add chili and salt let boil for 2 minutes

Add a glass of milk to boil with it

Finally add fried tilapia in the soup and let it boil till tender

Serve while hot with ugali and kales
