Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 tbspbutter
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 1 pintsmushrooms
  • 2 tbspgarlic
  • 6 cupfresh spinach

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt butter in olive oil

  2. 2

    Saute mushrooms and garlic over medium high heat for 2-3 minutes

  3. 3

    Add spinach and saute until it starts to wilt

  4. 4

    Strain off some of the juices and season with salt and fresh ground black pepper.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle with crumbly cheese (such as feta or parmesan) and serve
