    Dusri taraf aata chankr aate me namak hing garam masala dal kar goonth le

    Fir mooli ko kas kar nichod lenge

    Fir mooli me namak hari mirch pyaz hara dhania or halka sa garam masala dal ke mix kar denge

    Aate se 2 loi Tod kar bel le fir ek loi par mooli ka mixture rakh kar fir dusri loi ko pehli loi par rakh ke bel le

    Gas par tava rakh ke use garam hone de

    Fir bele hue paranthe ko tave par dal kar ghee / refined ki help se sek le

  9. 9

    Mooli ke paranthe ko sauce / chutney ke sath serve kariye paranthe par uper se butter rakh dijiye
