  1. 500 gmpotatoes
  2. 100 gmfresh fenugreek leaves
  3. 2 table spoonrefined oil
  4. 1 inchginger
  5. 3-4 clovesgarlic
  6. 2green chillies
  7. 1/2 bowlfresh coriander leaves
  8. 1green cardamom
  9. 1/2black cardamom
  10. 2cloves
  11. 1bay leaf
  12. 1 inchcinnamon stick
  13. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  14. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  15. Salt as per taste
  16. 1 spoonghee
  17. 8-10cashewnuts
  18. 2-3 spooncurd
  19. 2tomato puree

    Ab aloo mein se gol gol pcs kate lamba aloo le or ek mein se 3 pcs karein or sare pcs mein deep cut karein or pink colour aane tak deep fry karein sath mein thoda salt daal de.fry hone ke baad ise oil mein se nikal kar inme curd,salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder daalkar mix kar de or 15 min ke liye rest karne de.

    Methi ko wash karke 1/2 glass water ke sath boil karein 1 whistle aane tak. Ab iska paste bana le

    Ab ginger se lekar cinemon stick tak ka paste bana le

    Ab pan mein oil garamkare or usme ginger paste daalkar 5 min pakaye iske baad tomato puree daale or oil nikle tak ise pakne de.ab allo daale or slow flame par brown hone de.ab methi paste daalkar pakaye fir 1/2 glass water mix karein or covr karke 10 min tak simmer hone de.

    Ek pan mein ghee garamkare or sare cashewnuts ko fry karein.

    Dish ko serving bowl mein nikal kar fry cashewnuts or coriander leaves se sajaye
