Chop the vegetables.

Cut the beef into strips and marinate with the soy sauce, cornstarch, and finely chopped garlic. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

In a hot pan, add the beef. It will release its juices, so no oil is needed (but feel free to add a little if you prefer 😊). Then add the onion, celery, and carrots, and finally the broccoli. Stir constantly, and turn off the heat when the vegetables reach your desired level of crispness 😋 and it's ready 👌.

I served it with white rice. You can use oyster sauce to give it more of an oriental touch; just add about two tablespoons and mix everything together.
