I discovered something! make sure you use Hershey's chipetts! I thought i would be a little frugal this year and bought selection brand chipetts and wasted two bathches because it was two thick when it melted and it just sat on top of the marshys!!

The chocolate with marshmallows was so delicious, so I re-created it. It has a rich and extravagant flavor because I add all types of nuts.I use 5 sheets of 60 g "Morinaga" milk chocolate bars. Adding cocoa powder enriches the cacao taste. You don't have to add it. I use walnuts, peanuts, almonds, cashew nuts and pistachios. Adjust the amount of nuts and marshmallows. I was baking a regular red velvet box cake and I wanted it spice it up a bit in create something new that my little sisters and their friends would love in this is how I came up with this idea. If I knew that everyone was going to enjoy it as much as they did I would have done better with the presentation.

Why buy expensive, tasteless (or even gross) store bought fondant? This is cheap, easy to make, and tastes great.

I honestly cannot believe that this recipe worked. Fondant has been something I stayed away from because the packages at the store don't give you nearly enough for a cake and making it from scratch has always looked daunting to me. This recipe uses marshmallows as a base and it is absolutely simple to do.I'm basically going to make this all the time now for my cakes and cupcakes.

Great for a change to the ordinary cookie recipe... and maybe even more delicious!
