Put the cream, sugar, cocoa powder, and Kahlua in a stainless steel mixing bowl.

Blend with a hand mixer at high speed until fluffy, about 1 minute.

Use immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

*This makes about 3 1/2 cups, enough to fill and ice one 9 inch cake.*
