Break the egg and beat it using hand whisk. add salt, pepper, mix very well. add the all ingredients mix it.

Heat tava in a medium flames. when tava is hot, pour the egg mixture and spread evenly starting from centre pour 1 tsp oil on omelette circumference allow it to cook for a minutes, close it with lid.

When the egges starts turning golden brown colour, carefully turn it and cook on other side. switch off the flame, transfer the omelette to plate serve with bread.
