Ingredients

  • 1 bunchpalak
  • 3 tbsppeanut powder
  • 1 tbspbesan
  • 1 1/2 tbspgreen chilli paste
  • 1 tbspcrushed Garlic
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 1 pinchhing
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1 tspjeera
  • 1/3 cuppeanuts
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and add jeera, hing, besan and let it fry till besan become golden. Then add garlic and green chilli paste.

  2. 2

    Add roughly chopped palak, turmeric, peanuts, salt and peanut powder and let it cook till all ingredients comes together.
