Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1/4rice
  2. 1/4black beans boiled and cooked
  3. 4large potatoes-peeled not sliced
  4. 1/4beef chopped in medium sized cubes
  5. 2large tomatoes chopped
  6. 1medium sized onion chopped
  7. 1 bunchdhania chopped
  8. 2grated carrots medium sized
  9. 3 piecesGarlic
  10. Salt

  1. 1

    Fry onions until they start browning and add 4 glasses of water. Add salt to taste and bring it to a boil.

  2. 2

    Wash and add the rice into the boiling water and cover and allow it to cook. The rice is done when the water dries off. Allow the rice to simmer.

  3. 3

    Wash your beef and simmer it in medium temperature.

  4. 4

    To the beef, add the chopped garlic and allow it to simmer. Add chopped onions and tomatoes, salt to taste and cover and leave it for 3 min.

  5. 5

    Add a bit of water, and some cooking oil and the chopped dhania and cover.

  6. 6

    After some 4-5min, add your peeled potatoes and stir. Add enough water and cover and allow it to cook.

  7. 7

    To another sufuria, fry some onions. Add the grated carrots and allow them to cook. Add the black beans, salt to taste and cover. After 2 min add some water and cover and allow to cook.

  8. 8

    Serve hot with your already made kachumbari with your desired design. Icecold blended juice would go great with the meal.
