Ingredients

4small size Promfret
2Cleaned and devained prawns
to tasteRed thecha of (red chillies and ginger garlic lemon salt)
to tasteSalt
to tasteLemon juice and haldi powder
as neededOil

Steps

Clean both fishes by applying lemon juice and haldi powder
2

Keep aside then wash with water.

Apply red thecha from all the sides and marinate for 5-6 hrs.

In a microwave Tandoor on grill option.

When done serve with coriander chillie chutney and salad.
