Ingredients

  • 4small size Promfret
  • 2Cleaned and devained prawns
  • to tasteRed thecha of (red chillies and ginger garlic lemon salt)
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tasteLemon juice and haldi powder
  • as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean both fishes by applying lemon juice and haldi powder

  2. 2

    Keep aside then wash with water.

  3. 3

    Apply red thecha from all the sides and marinate for 5-6 hrs.

  4. 4

    In a microwave Tandoor on grill option.

  5. 5

    When done serve with coriander chillie chutney and salad.
