Steps
- 1
I used cornflakes as a substitute for the biscuits.
- 2
In a blender, add the eggs, then the sugar and oil, and blend well.
- 3
The mixture should look smooth and combined.
- 4
Add the cold milk and blend well again.
- 5
Add the biscuits and blend until fully combined.
- 6
Add the baking powder to the cocoa powder, then add both to the blender. Blend just until the mixture turns dark, then stop blending immediately. Pour the batter into a baking pan greased with oil and dusted with flour, cocoa powder, or lined with parchment paper.
- 7
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 30 minutes. Then turn on the top heat for about 3 minutes to brown the top. This is how it looks when done.
- 8
Let the cake cool, then top with yogurt mixed with cocoa powder, or use whipped cream if you prefer, and sprinkle with some nuts.
- 9
Serve with tea and enjoy.
