Vanilla kipferl/cookies
My first christmas cookies.

Mix the flour, baking powder, butter and sugar in a bowl with your hand.

Add the egg yolks. Mix the ingredients all together.

Add the almond powder. Slowly mix the dough until it is formed a ball.

Cover half of the dough in clear/aluminium folio and keep it in the fridge while doing another half.

Roll the dough into flat dough and using mold to shape the dough into desired shape.

Keep it on the baking tray covered with baking paper.

Preheat the oven to 170 C. Bake the cookies for 15 minutes.

Remove it out and cool it down.

Sprinkle sugar powder on top of the cookies.
