It is baked samosa. It's taste is so yummy. Filled with potato, corn and spices.
Steps

In a bowl put maida, salt, water and mix.

Add water and make a smooth dough.

Cover and leave it for 20 minutes.

In another bowl mash the potato, add corns and mix.

Add red chilli, coriander powder, chat masala and mix well.

Divide the dough in equal parts. (lemon size)

Roll it with rolling pin. Turn the little bit corners from all four sides and make square.

Press all the cornes with the fork and turn it.

In the middle put 1 tbsp of mixture and join all the 4 corners in the middle and lock it with 1 clove.

Grease the baking tray, place the flower samosa and brush with oil.

14. Put in pre heat microwave for 5 minutes.

Served with green chutney.
