grease a cake tray

put sugar and syrup in a glass bowl

put a pan of water an a stove and put the glass bowl on top

when it starts to bubble add the bicarbonate of soda

when everything is mixed together put in a cake tray

put the mixture in to the oven on a medium heat

that is it just check every 5 minutes
