1/4 cupButter or margarine
3/4 cupSugar
2Eggs, beaten
2 1/4 cupAll purpose flour
2 tspBaking powder
1 tspSalt
1 cupEggnog
1/2 cupChopped pecans
1/2 cupRaisins or blueberries

In a lge bowl, combine butter, sugar and eggs, mix well

Combine the flour, baking powder and salt

Stir into buttery mixture alternately with eggnog, mix only until dry ingredients are moistened

Fold in pecans, rasins...

Spoon into a greased 4x8 loaf pan

Bake at 350 for 70 mins or until bread tests done
