1 3/4 lbslean ground beef (800 grams)
2eggs
1/2 cupmilk (120 ml)
1/2 teaspoonground black pepper
1/4 cupchopped fresh parsley (about 15 grams)

1/4 cupgrated Parmesan cheese (about 20 grams)
10 1/2 ozmozzarella cheese (300 grams)
2 lbs (3 oz)Ragú tomato sauce (1 kg)

Mix the ground beef with the other ingredients and form about 20 meatballs.

Cut the mozzarella into cubes and place a cube inside each meatball.

Heat the tomato sauce in a pot and bring to a boil.

Once boiling, add the meatballs, reduce the heat to low, and simmer for 10 minutes.
