Ingredients

  1. 3grated tomatoes
  2. 1onion
  3. 1green pepper
  4. 1/2beef stock
  5. 1 tsprajah mild
  6. 1 tspbbq
  7. 1 tspsteak n chop
  8. 1 tsppaprika
  9. 3 TBSbrown onion
  10. 1 tspsugar
  11. Cooking oil to fry

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Chop onion and pepper, also grate the tomato.

  2. 2

    Pour cooking oil in a pot to fry onion and pepper

  3. 3

    As it is frying then crumble the beef stock add to the mixture of pepper and onion.

  4. 4

    Then pour tomato and sugar to kill the sour taste on the tomato. Stir and let it cook.

  5. 5

    Pour all the spices and stir, on the side prepare a small cup of water the pour the brown onion soup to thickens the gravy

  6. 6

    Pour and stir in then the gravy start to thickens it is ready to be served with any meal
