place corriander, mint, fresh chilli & lemon juice in food processor & blend as smooth as possible.

combine meat, onion, salt, chilli powder, ginger, garlic, tumeric, oil & 3 cups water in heavy base pan. bring to simmer on high heat. cover& reduce heat to simmer gently for 1-2 hours. remove lid & turn up heat to reduce, 10 mins. till sauce is thick.

when sauce is reduced, pour herb mix, stir & simmer gently for 3 minutes. Serve
