preheat oven 200°C

cook for about 35 minutes on the middle shelf of the oven

preparing your rice

2 parts water to 1 part rice

wash your rice and then put it into a Pot with a tablespoon of oil and water

bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes fluffing with a fork never stir

boil some cellary, button mushrooms,red pepper and a finely chopped Spanish onion for about 10 minutes

place a bed of rice on the plate then the vegetables and finally the poached fish

finish by drizzling th juice of the fish over the plate

to prepare your fish take some tin foil put your fish in the center with knob of butter salt and pepper and lime wedge seal foil forming a pouch and put it on a tray in the oven
