put frosted flakes in zip lock bag and crush into peices.

peel bananas and put into a medium sized bowl . then smush until unshaped.

peel and cut apples into tiny peices and mix into banana
- 4
cut strawberrys into small peices and mix into banana.
- 5
cut plums into tiny peices and mix into banana.
- 6
finally mix crushed frosted flakes into banana and enjoy ..... :)
