crush tennis buscutes to form crums

mix with butter to form a base in a greased oven dish

on the side mix cottage cheese and condance milk followed by lemon juice and grated lemon rinds

whip cream on a separate dish until it is think, then fold in to the mixture

pure the mixture on the buscutes base

put it in the oven for 15 minutes and then refrigirate for two hours
